		John Sullivan, Partner MR. SULLIVAN spent eight years with Price Waterhouse, where he handled audits of government institutions and business enterprises ranging in size from less than $100,000 in sales to more than $1 billion. His industry experience includes manufacturing, retail, and governmental and non-profit organizations. Mr. Sullivan also has extensive private industry experience that includes positions as Corporate Controller of Dart Industries Inc. and Vice President/Controller of the International Division of Carnation Company. His responsibilities included: consolidated financial reporting; financial planning, analysis and review; management information systems; and coordination of legal, tax, and treasury activities. In 1985 he re-entered public accounting, joining as partner in the firm of Kunz & Sullivan, which subsequently merged with Biggs & Co. Mr. Sullivan graduated with a BS degree from the University of Southern California in 1966. He also holds a certificate as a certified public accountant and is licensed to practice in the state of California.
