of a multi-million dollar testamentary estate.
Guardian Ad Litum
Mr. Biggs acted as a court appointed guardian ad litum for a
young man who suffered brain injuries (severe short-term memory
loss) in connection with a vehicle accident. Mr. Biggs' principal
role was to act of behalf of Mr. Bryant (injured party) in evaluating
and settling litigation, worker's compensation, claims, financial
issues involved in investments, long-term support and welfare
of Mr. Bryant, and other areas where an independent and experienced
evaluation and judgment was required for the benefit of Mr.
Bryant.
As guardian, Mr. Biggs was required to evaluate the merits
and risks of litigation as well as settlement offers, prepare
financial analysis and evaluation of long-term medical care
and living needs, and perform other decision making roles
on behalf of Mr. Bryant.
In addition to the above-selected matters, Mr. Biggs, along
