Dean L. Fredgant, Partner

MR. FREDGANT began his career in public accounting nearly 30 years ago. He founded the firm of Fredgant & Associates in 1990 with practice areas concentrated in management advisory services, tax and business planning, projections, tax compliance, estate tax services, design and implementation of accounting systems, computer consulting, and financial reporting.

Mr. Fredgant merged his practice with Biggs & Co. in 2009, expanding the firm's commercial accounting practice, particularly in the insurance and entertainment industries.

Mr. Fredgant graduated with a BS degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in 1978 and is a certified public accountant in California.
